A Clinical Sexologist is someone trained with a graduate level degree in the field of Sexology or related field and who has additionally acquired through their training and practical experience a minimum of 500 hours of supervised clinical practice by a governing board regulating and licensing Sexologists.

I have a Ph.D. in Sexological Applied Psychophysiology. I am a Board Certified Clincal Sexologist and Clinical Psychophysiologist. I m also an Adjunct Professor of Applied Psychophysiology. I have over 11 years of experience as a practicing Sexologist both in the United States and Canada.
No. Unfortunately most private, federal and state insurance plans do not provide for Sexologist or Psychophysiologist Services. Some plans my provide coverage for out of pocket services not normally covered in your plan. I will provide you a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider if you have those additional coverage plans.
